Parking near Park Avenue and Central Park is tight and mostly metered or time-limited. For homes and condos downtown, we scout the closest loading spot ahead of time and may use a smaller staging area with dollies. Ask your HOA or the city if a temporary loading space is needed for your block.
Who provides electricity in Winter Park?
The City of Winter Park runs its own electric utility for most addresses inside the city. Some homes with a Winter Park mailing address are outside city limits and are served by Duke Energy, so confirm the provider for your exact address before move-in.
Do you move antiques, art, and heirloom furniture?
