We hired Knight Speed Moving for the first move and it was a disaster. They brought too small of a truck, the manager convinced me that hiring 4 movers instead of the normal move would be faster and cheaper, and some of my items were damaged. Black Swan did the second move, which was farther and required going up stairs in a two story home. They did it in the same amount of time, cheaper, and with no issues compared to Knight Speed with only 2 people.

They wrapped each part, disassembled and then reassembled my piano once it arrived at the location. They also lined the floor before entering our new home.
