Drivers
Operate company trucks safely, keep schedules on track, and represent Black Swan from the first arrival to final delivery.
Crew leads
Lead the day, communicate with customers, and set the standard for safety, quality, and professionalism.
Strong backs help. Strong character matters more.
- Reliable attendance and a professional attitude with customers and crew.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
- Valid driver's license preferred for most roles; clean driving record for driver positions.
- Willingness to follow our crew standards on safety, property protection, and communication.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Hours are typically Monday through Saturday. Roles are based out of Orange City, FL, with work across Central Florida.
