Q&A
Q:Should I leave my clothes in drawers when I move?
A: It is OK to leave clothes in the drawers as long as the mover can physically pick the item up. If the item is too heavy – the movers will repack the clothes and there will be an additional fee.
Q:Will the movers disassemble and reassemble my furniture?
A: Yes. The movers will disassemble and reassemble most household furniture.
Q:How is the storage fee calculated?
A: The storage fee is based on the cubic feet your items use in our storage.
Q: Do the movers take time off for lunch? Do I need to provide lunch for them?
A: Depending on how long the move is, the movers might take a 30 minute break for lunch, during which you will not be charged. Although it is certainly not required, providing lunch for the crew is very much appreciated and might make for a shorter day because the movers will not need to leave the job site for food.
Q:Are there items the movers can not take?
A: The movers can not take chemicals, firearms, flammables, ammunition, live plants, paint, pets, propane tanks, and explosives.

A: Most companies have a minimum of 2000 lbs that is 285 cf (equivalent to a small studio).

A: The travel fee is the time it takes your movers to get from the office to your origin location and from your destination location back to the office.
