The movers were extremely punctual and they took their time to carefully package, tape and protected all fragile items in the truck accordingly. I appreciate a company who is mindful of other people’s prized possessions. The professionalism was consistent from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Most importantly they stayed the entire time that we agreed upon and they even helped me put my bed frame together because I had a half an hour remaining on my time. To say that I was thoroughly pleased it an understatement. Thank you guys for your help-it was truly appreciated.

So I have had other movers in the past, so I thought my move would only take a small amount of time. Usually if someone takes longer than you think... read more it should take, you would be upset. No sir! Not today! Everything was wrapped! Everything was given the best care! It may have taken 30 minutes(not a lot longer) longer than I thought it was going to,, but that was based off previous experience. If Black Swan would have taken an extra 2 hours, I would have been OK. Educated! Well spoken! Professional! This was going to storage. In 3 months, I'm calling them again. I have used other companies and I highly recommend Black Swan over any of them. Great job guys!

Fantastic experience! This is the BEST moving experience I've EVER had in 60 years of moving things around the country!! I didn't think a moving company like this... read more existed but they truly live up to their namesake. From their organization and pricing to their GREAT CARE with your items, to their teamwork and personal integrity, I just can't say enough good things about them. Even when I thought a task was impossible and gave them an alternative, they tried it first, just in case it WAS possible, and IT WAS!!! It worked out very well indeed. And this was at the end of the move, when everyone had already put in a hard day's work moving me into a three story townhouse. They went above and beyond my expectations.
