This review is wayyyy overdue. Whoops. I moved in 2021 with my roommate. We were moving from a 2 bedroom apartment into two 1-bedroom apartments. These guys are BEASTS! They were so wonderful to work with and I will be using them again to move.

Very kind and professional! Highly recommend! After everything was moved in, they took the time to make sure everything was exactly where we wanted it. As a Realtor I know there are a lot of option out there when it comes to movers, I chose Black Swan for my person move and could not have... read more been more pleased. Customer service was great over the phone. I will say you may call and not get an answer but leave a message and they will call you back asap. The guys who came to assist with ny move were Bryant and Jerry. They let ne know when they were on their way and arrived within the time promosed tk start. When they arrived they introduced themselve, both were very friendly as well as efficient and quick. Bryant wrapped and banded blankets around anything unboxed in record time. It was obvious it was not his first rodeo.. lol I say rodeo because it reminded me of the hog tying competitions. Everything arrived at the new house safe and sound and Bryant reassembled my furniture better than it was before from orginal store delivery people. Took the time to do it right. I was orginally in a 4th floor apt so there was a lot of effort to move it from the apt so the fact there was nothing damaged was impressive but had there been they do provide some insurance with an option to add additional should you feel a need to. I will be recommending them to clients in the future with confidence. They literally roll out the red carpet for you! Be sure to tip these guys they work hard!

So I have had other movers in the past, so I thought my move would only take a small amount of time. Usually if someone takes longer than you think... read more it should take, you would be upset. No sir! Not today! Everything was wrapped! Everything was given the best care! It may have taken 30 minutes(not a lot longer) longer than I thought it was going to,, but that was based off previous experience. If Black Swan would have taken an extra 2 hours, I would have been OK. Educated! Well spoken! Professional! This was going to storage. In 3 months, I'm calling them again. I have used other companies and I highly recommend Black Swan over any of them. Great job guys!

Black Swan Moving did an excellent job moving my 1917 Packard upright piano. Brian and Willie arrived on time with text updates from their main office. They Saran... read more wrapped my piano, covered it with a moving blanket as it was raining outside, and Saran wrapped it again. They had great communication with each other and when they delivered it to my storage unit, they left the moving blanking saran wrapped to keep it protected. Amber and Bryant at the front office were courteous and professional. They emailed my quote and I was able to read their policies and sign the quote on that email. After we spoke around 10:30am on a Tuesday they got me scheduled for a same day move. Three hours later they were at the house. They did a great job in providing same day service for my piano.
