I can’t thank Black Swan Moving enough for the service I received today. I reached out to the owner two days prior to my move and he was able to accommodate my timeframe. The movers were extremely punctual and they took their time to carefully package, tape and protected all fragile items in the truck accordingly. I appreciate a company who is mindful of other people’s prized possessions. The professionalism was consistent from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Most importantly they stayed the entire time that we agreed upon and they even helped me put my bed frame together because I had a half an hour remaining on my time. To say that I was thoroughly pleased it an understatement. Thank you guys for your help-it was truly appreciated.

Tbh, I have had mover help me move since college, and I didn’t have high expectations, as long as they get the stuff done, I am happy. However, black swan and Bryant really surprised me by their professionalism and attention to details. I had to close my house and move to new house on the same day duel to tight schedule. So I didn’t stay in old house to help, but Bryant really took ownership of the job and nailed it everything little thing, even for the small stuff that I didn’t have time or forgot to pack. And they were able to pack, move, and install everything within the time that I asked and did an amazing job. The movers and Bryant are highly professional and extremely polite. Rate is fair. I would for sure call them again for next move. If I need to use one word to say that work, that would be perfection. Thanks,

So I have had other movers in the past, so I thought my move would only take a small amount of time. Usually if someone takes longer than you think it should take, you would be upset. No sir! Not today! Everything was wrapped! Everything was given the best care! It may have taken 30 minutes(not a lot longer) longer than I thought it was going to,, but that was based off previous experience. If Black Swan would have taken an extra 2 hours, I would have been OK. Educated! Well spoken! Professional! This was going to storage. In 3 months, I'm calling them again. I have used other companies and I highly recommend Black Swan over any of them. Great job guys!
