No sir! Not today! Everything was wrapped! Everything was given the best care! It may have taken 30 minutes(not a lot longer) longer than I thought it was going to,, but that was based off previous experience. If Black Swan would have taken an extra 2 hours, I would have been OK. Educated! Well spoken! Professional! This was going to storage. In 3 months, I'm calling them again. I figured i would give them a try. when i called i spoke with Amber who set up the move over the phone and gave me a quote for the job . She was professional and very courteous a pleasure to talk to over the phone outstanding customer service. And let me tell you, oh my god it was the best decision I made. Let me tell you they are very professional and courteous they answered any questions we had and the two movers Bryant and Jerry talk about great service they were both phenomenal.
