Complete this inspection before the truck leaves storage or the warehouse. Count the equipment, record the mileage and fuel level, and report anything that could affect today’s move.

If equipment is missing, the fuel level is below one-half tank, a warning light is on, or anything appears unsafe, notify management and wait for direction before departure.
Send the customer an ETA before leaving.
The crew lead must text or call the customer with the expected arrival time when the truck leaves storage or the warehouse.
