They Saran... read more wrapped my piano, covered it with a moving blanket as it was raining outside, and Saran wrapped it again. They had great communication with each other and when they delivered it to my storage unit, they left the moving blanking saran wrapped to keep it protected. Amber and Bryant at the front office were courteous and professional. They emailed my quote and I was able to read their policies and sign the quote on that email. After we spoke around 10:30am on a Tuesday they got me scheduled for a same day move. Three hours later they were at the house. They did a great job in providing same day service for my piano. No sir! Not today! Everything was wrapped! Everything was given the best care! It may have taken 30 minutes(not a lot longer) longer than I thought it was going to,, but that was based off previous experience. If Black Swan would have taken an extra 2 hours, I would have been OK. Educated! Well spoken! Professional! This was going to storage. In 3 months, I'm calling them again. They wrapped each part, disassembled and then reassembled my piano once it arrived at the location. They also lined the floor before entering our new home.
