The movers were extremely punctual and they took their time to carefully package, tape and protected all fragile items in the truck accordingly. I appreciate a company who is mindful of other people’s prized possessions. The professionalism was consistent from the moment they arrived to the moment they left. Most importantly they stayed the entire time that we agreed upon and they even helped me put my bed frame together because I had a half an hour remaining on my time. To say that I was thoroughly pleased it an understatement. Thank you guys for your help-it was truly appreciated.

Black Swan Moving did an excellent job moving my 1917 Packard upright piano. Brian and Willie arrived on time with text updates from their main office. They Saran... read more wrapped my piano, covered it with a moving blanket as it was raining outside, and Saran wrapped it again. They had great communication with each other and when they delivered it to my storage unit, they left the moving blanking saran wrapped to keep it protected. Amber and Bryant at the front office were courteous and professional. They emailed my quote and I was able to read their policies and sign the quote on that email. After we spoke around 10:30am on a Tuesday they got me scheduled for a same day move. Three hours later they were at the house. They did a great job in providing same day service for my piano.
